bbq08 With Monday being Labor Day, I'm enjoying another long weekend with perfect weather in California.

As the tradition requires I'm having a barbecue. Using a few great hints from Alton Brown, my steaks are now jucier than ever with even more of that great flavored crust, and with some grilled asparagus, salad, fresh garlic bread and some cool drinks (vodka and lemonade!) I am one happy camper.
